#NaturePlayList: Leading eco attractions encourage families to connect with nature

Eco Attractions announce the winners of their Project Pollinate competition this weekend. Keep your eyes peeled for some impressive insect hotel designs, and visit the links below for tips to build your own.

In the meantime, we have a little family fun e-booklet that we would like to share with you, from our friends at Eco Attractions. Their #NaturePlayList is packed with fun and creative activities that help you stay connected with nature and much-loved visitor attractions, and hidden eco gems, across the UK.

Research shows being connected with nature helps us all relax and being playful makes us happy. This #NaturePlayList includes indoor and outdoor play, creative activities and promotes recycling and reuse of materials. There are group and solo activities, for all ages, such as making window photo diaries, joy jars, animal cake bakes, wild storyboards, nature animations to designing your own secret garden as well as helping precious pollinators. See if the family can do them all, there are some blank one’s for you to come up with your own #natureplaylist suggestions too! Share your creations and other play ideas with your friends and family. Post photos of your creations to your favourite social media platform using the hashtag #NaturePlayList and tagging @ecoattractions.
